Every container checked in, photographed and timed
The Unloader runs on any phone with a camera. No app store, no passwords: crew scan the QR on the dock door and the app takes them through your process step by step.
Five steps, one phone, no training manual
Evidence for every minute and every dent
AI damage check
Photos are checked for dents, holes, bent panels and rust-through; normal scuffs are ignored. Damage triggers an email or SMS alert.
Container & seal OCR
The container number (ISO 6346) and seal number are read from a photo and compared to the booking. A blurry photo is retried, never guessed.
Chargeable wait
Waiting for a container or a repair is timed from the moment it’s reported, and needs a manager’s sign-off before you bill it.
Your own forms
Drag-and-drop form builder for pre-check, start and finish: text, numbers, yes/no, photo, QR scan and conditional questions.
Built for the dock
Large buttons, a live “time on this job” timer, your choice of font and text size, and pages that never go stale.
Physical presence
The QR lives only on the dock door, never on emails or work orders, so a job can’t be resumed from the car park.
The whole job, on the booking
Every answer, photo and time stamp the crew enters appears on the booking in All Bookings, while the job is still running. Jobs export to CSV. Weekly or daily reports summarise jobs and alerts, and stale jobs are timed out with a digest so nothing is left open overnight.
- Live View shows started time, time so far, breaks and time left for each dock
- Wait-time sign-off with manager name and time
- SMS alerts through your Twilio account for major issues
Android app: coming soon
The crew app works today in any phone browser. A dedicated Android app with offline photo queueing, camera-first scanning and a white-label option for Enterprise is in development. Customers on Operations and Enterprise get it included when it ships.
Try it on your own dock
The Unloader is included in Operations and Enterprise, and in the 14-day trial.
