Is my data separate from other customers?
Yes. Every Cloud customer gets their own site with its own database tables, users and settings. Your bookers and crew only ever see your site.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
Choose a plan from Plan & billing in your dashboard. Without one, bookings, the calendar and Live View keep working for 2 docks, and nothing is deleted.
Do my carriers need to sign up?
They create their own booker account on your booker portal (you can turn this off and add them yourself). Your crew don’t need accounts: they scan the dock QR.
Can I move to the self-hosted plugins later?
Yes. The same plan covers both. Ask us and we’ll move your docks, settings and history across.
