What is Dock Tempo?
Dock scheduling and yard management software. Carriers book dock slots in a self-service portal, Autopilot confirms the ones that fit your rules, the Live View wallboard shows every dock in real time, and the Unloader crew app checks containers in with dock QR codes, photos, AI damage checks and timing.
Who is it for?
Distribution centres, 3PL warehouses, container depots, cold stores and manufacturers who receive or dispatch containers and trucks on booked times, from one site with a few docks to networks of sites.
Does it replace our WMS?
No. It handles the dock and yard: slots, arrivals, unloading and evidence. It connects to your WMS, TMS or ERP through the REST API.
How does Autopilot decide?
With rules you set: opening hours, notice, dock clashes, carrier score, daily limits per company and required fields. Bookings that pass are confirmed and emailed; the rest wait in “Needs a human” with the reason. Every decision is logged.
Can the AI make decisions?
Only if you let it. On Enterprise, AI booking review can recommend confirm, decline or “ask a human” for bookings your rules hold; you choose whether it only recommends or acts. Through the MCP connection, an assistant like Claude can act on your instructions with a read & write key. Every AI action is logged.
Do crews need an app or a login?
No. The crew app runs in the phone’s browser: they scan the QR on the dock door. A dedicated Android app is in development and will be included for Operations and Enterprise.
Set-up and data
What do we need to run it?
A WordPress site (6.0+, PHP 7.4+) with working email (an SMTP plugin is recommended). AI photo checks use your own OpenAI API key, and SMS alerts your own Twilio account.
Where is our data stored?
On your own WordPress site and server. Bookings, photos, carrier details and logs are not sent to us. AI photo checks send the photo to OpenAI for analysis when you turn them on.
Is there a hosted version?
Dock Tempo Cloud is in early access. Request a place.
How long does set-up take?
Most sites are live in an afternoon: install, name the docks, print the QR codes, create the booking and crew pages, set the Autopilot rules. Enterprise includes onboarding with our team.

Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every install has every feature unlocked for 14 days, with no card needed. Get the trial.
What happens when the trial ends?
Bookings, the calendar and Live View keep working for 2 docks. Autopilot, the Unloader, the API and AI pause until you activate a licence. Nothing is deleted.
What happens when our year ends?
Your plan keeps working with everything it includes. Only updates and support stop until you renew.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes: a full refund if you ask within 30 days of purchase. See the refund policy.
