After the trial without a licence, bookings, the calendar and Live View keep working for up to 2 docks; Autopilot, the Unloader, the API and AI pause until you activate a plan. Nothing is deleted. When a paid year ends, your plan keeps working; only updates and support stop until you renew.
Pricing questions
Do you charge per booking, carrier or user?
No. One price per site, with unlimited bookings, carriers, bookers and crew.
Why does Cloud cost more than the plugins?
Cloud includes the hosting, storage, backups, monitoring and updates you would otherwise run yourself. The self-hosted plugins run on your own servers.
What counts as a site?
One warehouse or yard location running its own Dock Tempo install. Each licence also covers a staging copy for testing.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. Ask us and we’ll credit the unused part of your current plan. Your sites pick up the new plan automatically within a day, with the same licence key, so there’s nothing to re-enter.
What do I need to run it?
A WordPress site (6.0+, PHP 7.4+) on your own hosting or ours. AI photo checks use your own OpenAI API key; SMS alerts use your own Twilio account, so you pay those providers directly at cost.
Can we pay by invoice?
Yes, for Enterprise and multi-site orders. Contact us and we’ll send a quote and invoice.

If Dock Tempo isn’t right for you, ask within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. See the refund policy.
