Set the rules once. Handle only the exceptions.
Autopilot applies your site’s rules to every booking, day and night, and writes down why. AI assistants can join in through the API, under the same rules and the same audit log.
The admin that used to need a person
Auto-confirm
Every new booking, from the portal, the API or an AI, is checked straight away. Passes are confirmed and emailed in seconds.
Hold with a reason
Anything that fails a rule waits in “Needs a human” with the reason in plain words, and one-click Confirm or Decline.
Dock clash fix
If a booking’s dock clashes, Autopilot moves it to another free dock at the same time instead of bothering you.
Next free slots
Full at 10:00? Carriers, the API and the AI are offered the next three free times. A declined booking gets them by email too.
Reminders & no-shows
A reminder before the slot. Nobody on the dock after your grace period? The booking is marked delayed and the booker is asked to advise.
Daily digest
At the time you choose: today’s plan by dock, yesterday’s numbers, and everything still open.
Rules your ops manager would write
All rules are on one screen and take effect on the next booking.
- Opening hours and closed days
- Minimum notice (e.g. 2 hours) and how far ahead bookings may be made
- Hold carriers whose score falls below a threshold
- Hold the first booking from a carrier you’ve never seen
- Daily limit of bookings per company
- Required fields such as a PO number
- Reminder timing, no-show grace period and digest recipients

AI booking review Enterprise
When the rules hold a booking, the AI looks at the request, the rule that failed, the company’s history (bookings, completions, cancellations, no-shows) and the free alternatives, then answers confirm, decline or ask a human, with a one-line reason your team can read.
You decide whether it only recommends, or acts on its own. Money, safety or compliance questions are always left to a person.
A second opinion on the edge cases
Rules are blunt: “less than 2 hours notice” catches your best supplier asking for a slot that’s sitting empty. AI review weighs the context and the rule, and writes it down.
Let Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor run the yard with you
Dock Tempo includes an MCP server (Model Context Protocol), the standard way AI assistants connect to business systems. Create an API key, paste one line into your assistant, and it can:
- Give you the yard overview and the “Needs a human” list
- Find free slots and create bookings
- Confirm, reschedule or cancel with a reason the booker sees
- Record check-in, start and completion
- Read carrier scores and the activity log
Read-only keys can look but never change anything. Every AI action is logged as ai:<key name>.

Plug into your WMS, TMS or ERP
Docks, bookings, availability, status changes, rescheduling, exceptions, carrier scores and the activity log as JSON. Writes go through Autopilot, so a booking from your WMS is checked and confirmed like any other.
- Read-only and read & write keys, revocable any time
- 240 requests a minute per key
- Full endpoint list in the documentation
